Erik's Echo is a project that aims to facilitate the healing conversation between sons and their hearts.

This project gives sons (any age) the unique opportunity to fully express themselves allowing them to let their feelings go, unrestrained and uncensored.

Improve the knowledge, attitudes & behaviour of young people and families around mental health.

Reduce the number of young people with mental health problems who experience the negative impact of stigma and discrimination.

Improve the confidence and ability of young people and families to speak openly about their mental health challenges.

Improve young people's level of resilience by giving them tools to help them express and be more mindful.
